Luke's First Cubs Game

 Brian took Luke to his very first Cubs game last week.  Luke was very excited...although I am not quite sure he knew what to expect.  We made sure to rehearse the "Go Cubs Go" song before he left in the event that they would win...and they did! They beat the Pittsburgh Pirates...and Luke sat on top of Dad's shoulders and sang as loud as he could! Adriana and I had a "girls" day that included some shopping but we did get home in time to see the last inning..and to my surprise I could see them on TV...thanks to their really bright sweatshirts!

 Riding the bus with Grandpa....Uncle Bob also went to the game...but no picture of him :(  Uncle Bob did make sure to get Luke a certificate for his first visit to Wrigley Field..along with a bunch of other souvenirs. Thanks Uncle Bob!

 What a long day!  Luke was so tired...he fell asleep on the couch around 6:00pm and did not wake up until the next morning!
